In the year 2004 my father passed away suddenly. Due to heart-attack. He had a loss in his business.
When I was in my thirties I did not inherent any ancestral property or financial benefits from my parents.
In 2005 I went to USA with a hope to achieve financial stability. But it did not work.
As things were not working out. In india I visited Himalayas in 2010. On a spiritual pilgrimage.
As I was finding difficult to get good job opportunities. I thought of doing M-Tech. To get better income. I completed M-Tech in 2019.
In 2021. I thought of purchasing a small piece of farmland. At a cheaper price. On a bank loan. To eliminate paying for house rent. Living expenses.

People ask me, why do I wish to live a simple life in a village farmland.
As my age is nearing to fifty now. It's been a struggle past several years but unable to gain financial stability.
I never had a permanent job employment.
I worked on contract basis.
I worked for few months or years and after that I was was again searching for a new job.
I did not have sufficient savings. It was unsecured financially.
I could not purchase land or property.
I had to pay house rent and living expenses when I had no income.
This further reduced my savings.
Thus I thought of purchasing a small piece of farmland ( one or half acre ) in the village, at a cheaper price.
So that I can live there, to avoid paying house rent, to reduce my living expenses.

My father's name has been registered in the sub registrar office as general power of attorney holder.
Only after adding my father's name as the owner. I can add my name as the owner. For this I need to obtain sale deed document which is missing from father's office.
Because my father's office consisting of documents was sold to another person by the bank.
This must be obtained from those who have purchased from my father. Or from the sub registrar office.

Addictions will destroy the person with weakness.
After this, the woman will dominate by acquiring the remaining leftover wealth and property.
Wife will use lust to weaken and to control the husband.
She will use various emotions to control other family members.

The Problem with families in societies.
Severity of clashes is when the Children’s age is of twenty-four to forty-eight (24-48). Grahastha ashrama.
This happens because. their parents don’t accept. the age of forty-eight to sixty as sanyasa. (Seeking knowledge for healing 48-60). Going away to different institutions, for male and female. on spiritual sadhana.
The elderly after forty-eight. instead of going away. or vacating the space. or transferring the power to youngsters. they send the youngsters (24-48) away to Universities. or to earn their living. to be self independent.
The solution is that. The elderly must learn to step back by transferring the power to the youngsters.
